5. Booking & Payment Policy

A signed charter agreement and deposit are required to secure a booking.

Full payment must be received by the agreed-upon deadline before embarkation.

Accepted payments include wire transfer, approved credit card, or certified company invoice.

Any outstanding balances must be settled prior to departure.
6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 60+ days before the charter will be refunded, minus administrative fees.

Cancellations made 30–59 days before embarkation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before embarkation are non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, CAPTAIN JUAN YACHTS reserves the right to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative yacht.
7. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the yacht, furnishings, or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct.

The company will collect the cost of repairs or replacements directly from the charterer.

CAPTAIN JUAN YACHTS is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during a charter unless caused by proven negligence of the crew.

Guests are encouraged to carry private travel insurance.
8. Crew Rights & Responsibilities

The captain has ultimate authority regarding navigation, safety, and conduct at sea.

Crew members have the right to refuse unsafe or illegal guest requests.

Harassment, verbal abuse, or physical misconduct toward crew members will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of the charter without refund.
9. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Illegal drugs, unauthorized substances, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
